New Soul Dynamite 45 announced / pre order

After their debut 45 in march, Soul Dynamite announced their 2nd release this weekend. The 7 inch vinyl will be out around July 31, 2018.
This release is a Hip Hop 45 by Mr. Lif, produced by EL-P. The songs named "Return of the B-Boy" (Part I and Part II on the flipside) are two different styles and where first released on Mr. Lifs 2002 Album "I Phantom".
Part I is a classical Hip Hop tune with deep dark 92 BPM beats in a kind of Cypres Hill style with some really cool scratches on the beat.
Part II ist a more brokenbeatish track turning up the tempo to about 117 BPM (depending on how you count that broken monster!!!). The broken beats of part II are filled with spheric synthesizer sounds that are also providing a deep feeling. Part II is reminding me of the 1988/1989 Electro tracks "Professor X" by "Professor X" and also the "X-Men" by "The X-Men" that is on the same EP. This beat challenged the MC as well as me when i was tapping the BPM.

The release will be released in two versions. One azure blue limited 100 pieces and the black one with no limitation as the bandcamp shop says nothing about that.

Mukatsuku is a Label that rereleases older stuff or releases music for the first time on 7" Vinyl. I stumbled upon them with the first 7" records i ordered. I liked their sleeve style so i ordered MUKAT049 with "Anne & Annice Peters - Rock Your Baby" on it. (Check the video below) Their style is many styles. From Reggae to Disco to Funk to Soul. They are supporting the 7" Vinyl Lover with a lot of equipment that you can need playing records. From slipmats to single adapters, disc stabilizers, record bags and more. I own some of their equipment too. My first 7" vinyl bag was from them also i use their slipmats and single adapters.  More Information you can find on their  Facebook  site. As they have no direct sale you have to order their stuff at  Juno , but Juno sells all their stuff and their vinyl in those exclusive sleeves you can see in the picture. Me DJing at a company event I'm Clemens  Esperanza. First the main thing: after a long time buying only digital music and some limited vinyls i realized in 2017 that i really enjoy sitting down and listen to vinyl  while reading. The first vinyls where a release by german acid techno act "Hardfloor", later followed by some Dusty Donuts 7", a release from  Skeewif on 7" and a Mukatsuku 7". As i enjoyed the 7" vinyl format, i begann diggin'. Soon i found out about artists selling directly on bandcamp and other stores in the internet. As i saved the links in my browser tab, i decided to make them public and started this blog. My musical history: My passion for vinyl began, when i startet to DJ about 1992. My musical roots are different genres. It started with Heavy Metal, came to Hip Hop and later to Techno. New 45 Live release by Type-303

The description doesn´t really say if it is a 7 inch or not, but as it is a 45 Live release i expect it to be a 7 inch. 😉 For the 10th release 45 Live bring back acid. If you know me as a DJ you know that i come from electronic music and my big love in producing music myself is acid. I always wanted to have a 303 and a drum machine to make acid. (BTW i now own a TB-03 and a TR-08 of the Roland Boutique line 😉) As 45 Live say on their Bandcamp, this release is 303 and 909 in FULL EFFECT, but i would say "with some added breaks and samples". The song "Sticky Disco" by Type-303 is a acid track, sub genre hip-acid-house, using some of the most iconic "Acccccciiiiiid"-Samples that are out there and a cool piano chord that sounds as "Summer of Love" as the rest of the track.
