Boca 45s Picture of the 45 Live Radio Show Boca 45 is a DJ and producer from Bristol, UK and one of the 45 veterans. I wanted to write about his shop when the 2nd of his  "Club Donuts" 45 s dropped but it was sold out as it dropped. Don't know exactly when the sale started on march 29th 2018, but it was sold out about noon in Germany as i realized on my Instagram. Thats less than 24 hours for i think 200 45s that he sold on his bigcartel shop. There will be 100 more of the limited 300 pieces sold on juno online recordstore but you have to be quick for that one too i think. His style is Breaks, Hip Hop, Funk, Disco and some Rock influences that are mixed into danceable Tracks. Check his Store here: Boca 45's Shop

Mat the Alien is a DJ from Whistler, Canada. He released some tracks on 45s. I found out about him with the DNKY Breaks 7 inch with some cool Remixes from him. Check that on his shop sites: Bigcartel Shop Bandcamp Shop

Daytoner is a DJ/producer from Cornwall, UK and also a live band. This 45 is from the band and on it you will find two funky (northern) soul tracks with a great female voice. This one sounds like original from back in the days but i think that this comes around with a lot of energy that, for me, is missing on some of the old records. "Need You" and "Sicka" are to tracks that will definitively move your feet and if you got the chance to see them live, check them out. The videos i've seen are amazing. Check out the new Beats House Records 45 by "Dragon Fli Empire". This one is a funky, oldschool style Hip Hop record with that BBoys will have their fun. This one is produced by DJar One and DJ Cosm & Metawon. This 45 is limited to 300 pieces and now on pre-sale. Shipping is scheduled for around 16 April 2018. Lugnut Brand Records is a label located in Pittsburg, California. Their style is funk, soul and RnB. Most of it instrumentals with a large amount of funky organ sounds. As you may expect, they release their stuff on 45s. Their releases are from bands like "The M-Tet", "The Vicious Seeds", "Pawn Shop Soul" and more. A track by Flipout and Nick Bike. I heard that song first when i ordered in  Nick Bikes Bandcamp store.  I thought "what a sorrow that this gem is sold out on a 45". Now it is Back. Aloha Got Soul Logo Aloha Got Soul is a label that is based on a blog. Their Mission is to bring Hawaiian music to the public and show the world their different styles. The records are Funk and Soul music on 45s. They also have a event located in Hawaii, Chicago and Tokyo called "Soul Time". It is not the only event, but this is the root event of the label. Aloha Got Soul is also hosting other events in the genres Funk, Soul Disco, Boogie, etc. played by all-vinyl DJs. As it all started with a blog, you can read it here . My first mix for my 45even Heaven blog: I'll try to make a monthly mix of 45s and try to give them different genres. First i want to start of with tracks that are more electronic dance music because this is where my DJ roots come from. The mix was not prepared and not edited afterwards. I started, picked the tracks and recorded it in one take. just like a normal DJ set (should be, in my opinion). One of the tracks is the first techno 7"vinyl i bought back in the days. The tracks name is "Die schwarze Zone" by LDC. That track is from 1991 and was produced by Thorsten Fenslau. There will be more genres to follow up to this mix. The next one will be online in April and it will be different to this one but not different to the sound that you normally hear on 45s. 😏 (i know that because it is already recorded) It should be online on April 1st in the evening.   

Soul Dynamite is a new label in town! On their first release the label, located in Sophia, Bulgaria, released a 7" full of Bboy Breaks. Their style is described as Hip Hop, Funk and Breaks, so there should be more funky music on it's way to your ears or better to your turntables. All on 7" and all never heard on 45s. The first release is by "Huckspin & Monophonic" and on the other side by "Marc Hype & Jim Dunloop" from Dusty Donuts. It is limited to 350 pieces so grap your piece before it is too late.
