45even Heaven

Once again it is the b-side that got me. Why? Because of "Das EFX". The night before the official release i listened to a snippet on Facebook. Thought that it is a good release, but i don't need it to be shipped from Australia to Germany. The next morning, when i got up, i recived the Bandcamp notification about the release and listened to the a-side (again) and then to the b-side "boombap fever". Baaam thinking about that i don't need this one the lyrics from "Das EFX" kicked in and ..... ..... I NEED THAT. So Australia got me once again this month. After "The Traffic" DJ Maars got me. Easy Now Records from Melbourne, Australia is a label that mashes (mixes) Hip Hop and Reggae styles together into cool Party Blends. Their releases all have white labels with a stamp on it and they are all 45s. (Not the digital releases 😁) They differ between "Easy Edits" that are black 45s and "Ltd Editions" on colored vinyl. The "Ltd Editions" are released on 300 pieces and the "Easy Edits" are released on a smaller number of pieces. The sound is perfect summer music. As i ordered mine on a sunny day in may, i think that was the vibe i was into at this moment that made me ordering those 45s. 45/7 Vinyl Club is a monthly club event at the Cafe Jazz / Mojo Club in Hamburg, Germany and also a monthly podcast/mixtape show on Soundcloud and Mixcloud. Today they released their 45th mixtape, which is linked  here . The No. 45 mix is from Felox who is also the founder of the 45/7 Vinyl Club. He is also the resident of the Clubnight in Hamburg. On their mixtapes they featured DJs like Marc Hype, DJ Friction, Freddy Fresh and many more. They also have a different and fabulous design for their mixtape covers from a painter from hamburg called Hanke, like you can see here. The featured styles are almost everything from Hip Hop to House, Reggae to Soul, Funk to Rock and so on. Mukatsuku is a Label that rereleases older stuff or releases music for the first time on 7" Vinyl. I stumbled upon them with the first 7" records i ordered. I liked their sleeve style so i ordered MUKAT049 with "Anne & Annice Peters - Rock Your Baby" on it. (Check the video below) Their style is many styles. From Reggae to Disco to Funk to Soul. They are supporting the 7" Vinyl Lover with a lot of equipment that you can need playing records. From slipmats to single adapters, disc stabilizers, record bags and more. I own some of their equipment too. My first 7" vinyl bag was from them also i use their slipmats and single adapters.  More Information you can find on their  Facebook  site.
